Multi-level first and second year groups at Grotius.

Choosing a secondary school at a very young age and then only having one year to find out the appropriate level (Mavo, Havo or Vwo) can lead to inequality of opportunity. 

This is why at Grotius College you have two years (for vmbo) or even three years (for havo/vwo) to show what you can do before a final decision on your level is made. Our multi-level classes therefore contain students of different skill levels who can develop at their own pace. They are known as 'bridging classes'.
